Our services goal aims to provide equal access to communication for all, by promoting greater efficiency and effectiveness for Limited English Proficient (LEP), Non-English Proficient (NEP), deaf/hard of hearing individuals and/or communities. We achieve this through the foreign language and ASL interpretation, as well as our translation services whose process consists of translation, edition, correction/revision. We also take into account the specific needs of the client and the public to whom the translation in intended, using localization services for specific audiences or Plain Language, a way to translate into a simple language that can be understood by all Hispanic audiences.
