I am in charge of leading the interpretation team and making it shine with our clients and pool of interpreters, of exceeding all expectations and, above all, serving our cherished community with excellence and high-quality service. My role includes managing, business plan execution, communication of the interpretation team across the organization, solving issues, boosting our team’s development and creating healthy, solid and long-lasting relationships with our customers as their partners.
